Laura Gasparini is vice president of human resources for Skyworks. She first joined Skyworks in 1989, and rejoined in 1998 following a brief tenure with Unitrode Corporation from 1995 to 1998.
Throughout her career at Skyworks, Gasparini has held increasing positions of responsibility within the human resources organization including manager, division manager and senior director of compensation, benefits, HR information systems and stock administration.
She’s a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Federation of European Employers and World at Work.

Skyworks also has a robust university relations program where we develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities. We participate in on-campus recruitment events that include information sessions and career fairs. We employ student interns, and we hire recent graduates to fill entry-level positions for all business units and support organizations.

We currently have multiple job openings that span from engineering to support functions. We routinely seek RF/microwave engineers, power amplifier designers, systems engineers and technicians, sales and sales support representatives, finance, human resources, supply chain and information technology associates, as well as packaging, product, test and quality engineers, among many others.
