How Job Seekers Can Manage Multiple Job Offers

It’s job seekers’ dream to be presented with multiple offers during a job search. But how do they make the right decision?
Here’s what job seekers should consider so they can properly evaluate offers:
Have Formal Criteria Prepared: This will help access your ideal job and career priorities, including work life balance, intellectual fulfillment, compensation, and a satisfying mission.
Rank These Opportunities: Compare them against aspects that are most important to you. If compromises are needed pick ones that can be easily made.
Have a Negotiating Strategy: Use your leverage effectively by letting the employer know you love the position but have other options. Learn more about the offer and explain your position.
Remember That Relationships Matter: Be mindful of burning bridges with employers and recruiters. Quickly leaving a role after accepting may have future implications for your career.
