Hispanic IT Executive Council Leadership Summit In New York City

 

The Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC), the professional organization for Hispanic technology executives, held its August Executive Leadership Summit in New York City. The event, themed “Technology – The Global Connection,” gathered technology executives from around the world.

 

The two-day event featured several speakers, panel discussions, and presentations on a variety of industry topics, including information technology (IT) diversity, cloud comput ing, and executive leadership. At a special roundtable discussion, the diversity panel participants shared their stories of success, the unique challenges they have overcome, and what can be done to improve diversity in IT.
