The career fair floor remains open during lunch. Two lunch tickets will be provided per booth. Please sign in at the registration desk and receive your lunch tickets. Tickets are necessary in order to receive lunch. Additional tickets may be purchased in advance at $55 each. INTERPRETERS
Although there will be several interpreters available for attendees, they will not be able to stay at individual booths. If you would like to arrange to hire an interpreter to remain at your booth for the day; contact Antonio Goodwin via email at: antoniogoodwin@renaissanceoneco.com

SHIPPING AND DRAYAGE
All materials must be shipped through our official shipping and drayage company. The Ronald Reagan International Trade Center will not accept any packages. An exhibitor packet with shipping details and booth number will be e-mailed to you approximately 3 -4 weeks before the event. The exhibit booth must be paid for in order to receive a booth number.
