WBENC CITES MANPOWERGROUP AS TOP CORPORATION FOR WOMEN’S BUSINESS ENTERPRISES

Workforce powerhouse ManpowerGroup has been named to the 16th annual list of America's Top Corporations for Women's Business Enterprises (WBEs). Manpower- Group earned a platinum distinction, reserved for companies in the top quartile that are setting higher standards for best practices, while driving innovation in all areas supporting WBEs.

The award was recently presented to Manpower- Group at the WBENC Summit and Salute to Women's Business Enterprises in Phoenix, AZ.

America's Top Corporations for Women's Business Enterprises is the only national award honoring corporations for world-class supplier diversity programs that reduce barriers and drive growth for womenowned businesses. The award highlights Manpower- Group's commitment to increasing opportunity in markets - both domestically and internationally, fueling innovation and empowering communities via economic growth and job creation.

“ManpowerGroup has long been a promoter of diversity and gender parity, so it is an honor to receive this recognition from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council,” says Kip Wright, senior vice president, Manpower North America.

“When women represent half of the global talent pool, yet remain largely underutilized - especially in leadership roles - we need to do everything we can to ensure women can participate in the workforce,” he adds.
